Customer RequirementsPlease have a sturdy table ready (most sculptures weigh over 225 lbs). A 4' banquet table is advised for portrait single block displays (tray footprint 23" x 27"); and 5' banquet table for landscape single block (tray footprint 43" x 23").
To ensure your sculptures last as long as possible, it is advisable your setup area NOT be in direct sun. We are not responsible for thermal shocking for outdoor setups.
You may also want to dress the ice tray with a tablecloth or greenery/floral.
For Luge orders - a chilled beverage will enhance your experience.
Setup TimePlease indicate the actual event start time or 1st guest arrival for when the ice sculpture will be used/viewed; we will setup approximately 45 minutes prior (for indoor events), and 1 - 1.5 hours prior to allow for any food or floral placement. It takes approx. 20 minutes to setup for a regular display.
There will be an additional charge if we are required to wait more than 15 minutes to setup due to a misquoted event time.
Breakdowns & RemovalBreakdowns and ice removal are available upon request for an additional charge for venues needing. There is a $50 per hour rate increase for breakdowns after midnight.
PaymentFull payment is required 10 days prior to delivery. Since we do not want our delivery staff held responsible for checks, we do not accept checks at delivery. We accept money orders; or MC, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express.
